If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
Access via desktop, mobile, tablet, or any other device constitutes acceptance.

Failure of internet connectivity, device issues, or user-side technical problems does not constitute grounds for refund.

Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Q. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
