CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellations, refunds, and related procedures for all webinars, live sessions, recorded courses, and online educational services offered by PharmacologyEssential.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”).

By enrolling in any paid webinar, course, or service on this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Registration & Payment Confirmation

Registrations are confirmed once full payment is received and processed.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct and complete.

2. Cancellation by Participant
2.1 Live Webinars & Scheduled Sessions

Once registered, No Refunds or cancellations will be made.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a live session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

2.2 On-Demand / Pre-Recorded Courses

Once access to recorded content is granted, these products are considered delivered and consumed, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

If you for some unforeseen reasons you need to reschedule for another session ,you may write support@pharamacologyessentials.com for joining a subsequnt session of similar value.

4. Cancellation by Company
4.1 Webinar or Course Postponement

If a paid webinar or course is postponed, you may:

Keep your registration for the rescheduled date, or
Request a full refund of the amount paid.

4.2 Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Should we cancel a program due to unforeseen events (technical, regulatory, or force majeure), all registered participants will be offered a full refund or transferable credit.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.

Transaction fees / gateway charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking systems.

6. Fees & Charges

All refunds are subject to deduction of any non-recoverable transaction charges or fees imposed by payment processors.

Administrative charges may apply at Company discretion.

7. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to our support team at:

Include:

Full name of participant
Registered email
Transaction/order reference
Course/webinar name and date
Reason for cancellation

We will acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and update you on refund eligibility.

8. No Retroactive Changes

This policy applies from the date of first publication / notification at the time of your purchase.

Requirements must be met at the time of your cancellation request; retroactive exceptions are not permitted.

9. Special Situations

Technical Access Issues: A refund may be considered only if technical issues are verified as originating from our end — not user device issues or connectivity problems.
Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors: Eligible refunds for verified duplicates will be processed promptly once verified.

10. Modifications to Policy

We may amend this policy from time to time with notice on this page or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved under jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
